Well we have once again cancelled our Garage sale due to crappy weather! It has been raining so much that our pool has overflowed!
So I have called Bob’s Mom and asked her if she could watch Simon Saturday night, so that Bob and I can go out!! And she said YES!! woohooo
Our last Date was the one where we did the sightseeing tour for you guys to all hear!!
I am so excited – I don’t even know what movies are playing!
Should we do another sight seeing tour? I was planning on doing a show Saturday night, should we do it on the road? Send me your feedback – let me know what you think!

ps. The garage sales has been postponed to the end of the summer now (great, the junk gets to sit on the pool table all summer) since next weekend is a holiday and the weekend after too, then Montreal shuts down for July…. so end of August looks like the target time.

Well it has been a long time since I last posted here!! Not much to say really.
But I did want to write about these fantastic Grapes I bought.
I went to Costco a little while ago and bought some red seedless grapes. They were so good, you know the kind that explode in your mouth with sweetness. Well the guys (Bob and Simon) loved them too and within two days the whole bunch was gone (and Costco bunches are big)
So I had to go back just the other day and bought two bunches! I always make sure to wash grapes really well. They are so full of pesticides, especially the ones from Chili.
Anyway, I just had some, nice and cold from the fridge!

Well I have introduced a new feature to
the CatFish Show Podcast – Ask Cat !
I am pretty excited about this – I like helping people with their issues, not always problems. For some reason, which I am not sure why – I feel I have a good understanding of people and what they are feeling. Sometimes I am wrong, but I like to learn and try to put myself in other peoples shoes.
I am no expert. I have a degree in Business Management – so nothing to do with people! (ha)
I am currently looking into further education, but the thought of going through school again is a bit daunting. I really enjoyed my psychology classes I took in University – especially the lifelong human development. If I could study that some more and human relationships, I think I would really enjoy it.
I also, for some reason, have a pretty good idea about parenting. I have only been a parent for a few months (19 at this time) but I seem to understand the manipulative ways of children and how parents get stuck in ruts where the kids seem to be winning all the time. I guess from an outside perspective I can see what needs to be changed.
Anyway, I am rambling….
So I welcome anyone to come to our Forum and pose their questions!!

Well its been a few days now that I have been feeling better.
My last show – #18 offended some friends of mine.
When Bob and I talked about our friends Doe & Al – the ones who introduced us and organized our first date – felt we were angry with them for the failure of the first date. Its really too bad they felt this way – I have since talked with Doe and hopefully I have explained myself so that she is not upset with me. She is a really good friend of mine and I don’t want her to be upset with us.
So basically Bob and I feel that the date was a failure because we just never connected – actually we went the completely other way – (we will probably do a complete description of the whole dating thing at one point – I will let you know where to find it!) But we look back at it now as a funny terrible date – since we are now married (happily) and have a kid!!
Anyway, we never intended to offend Doe & Al and we hope that they can laugh along with us on this failed date!!

Can I bitch about being sick – ok, so in one of my shows I might have mentioned that Bob is a total wimp when it comes to being sick.
But when he gets sick, he takes a day off and sleeps most of it off – but when I am sick, I am left with the boy alone all day – and he is a toddler who needs mommy’s attention all day (except when he naps, thank god)
So I must say that Saturday I almost had a day off, slept most of the day and Bob looked after Simon, but it just didn’t seem to be enough 
Ok, enough Gripping!! I hate being sick – I have hot and cold flashes and its freezing outside today – yuck!!

Hi,
I just had to update you all on D – from MyPodsForecast – I made the comment on the show (#15) about a Welsh guy cutting off his balls – and since we hadn’t seen a podcast from D in a week and he uses his balls to forecast – well I got a bit worried.
Well no need to worry – he has assured me that he is fine – and that he is only half Welsh – so there.
But you have to go and listen to his most recent podcast – shut up!
For those who have kids, it is just too funny.
