Well I am now feeling pretty lousy.

I have a pretty miserable Sinus cold – all in my head, so much Sinus stuff, that my left eye has totally puffed out! Now I am probably going to get a Sinus infection – yuck!!

Bob has been working everyday this weekend – busy, busy, busy….

But, Simon has found the Sesame Street website and love tickling Elmo!! so cute

Well, we didn’t get a show out last night – I figured it would be good to go out and see some friends! It was a good game – I just watched, but my friend’s team won!

I had a chance to listen to a lot of podcasts today! Some of them were really great!

The Big Show – Aaron did the show with his Wife – great show.
Chub Creek – first time I have listened – really great
Zaldor’s world – Another first time – his computer took over the show – great music!

So, I am hoping on doing a show tonight! Bob is supposed to work late again – so hopefully he will have enough energy to get one out!!

I am also supposed to go and help with the Christmas crafts for a local church – I helped lots last year, but with Bob working, its hard for me to get out of the house!! But I really want to get a show out – so I will see if I can do both!

Ok, so I am sitting around the house, making notes and finding content – waiting for Bob to get home and be ready to set up the Studio for a show…

But see its Tuesday night, and I have been invited to go hang out with the soccer team – most of them play in another league – and maybe even play with them tonight…. I don’t know what time Bob will be home – he has some sort of Hockey draft thing he has to be part of – so he may just stay at work even later to do this Hockey thing (see how it is already affecting the show??!!) and then by the time he is home, I will have missed the chance to hop in the car with the other girls… then be stuck at home another night, with Bob doing more Hockey stuff and me bored out of my mind!!

Hey maybe we can do a show tonight!!

Well its Sunday morning and we are in Vermont at my parent’s place for the weekend.

Sorry, no show this weekend.

We did a really great thing on Friday, we went to St-Albans and donated lots of old clothing and some food and diapers to the relief effort done by CERT for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. It was absolutely amazing to see all the people in their cars lined up at the local sport centre giving whatever they could.

The volunteers were all running around like busy bees (haha, not being vacumed I hope) helping everywhere they can. I managed to get out of the van and take a peek at the inside arena – it was so well organized and filling up very quickly – this was the only day they were collecting.

As we left, the big rigs that were just sitting at the gas station parking lot, waiting for the big drive ahead. A local trucking company in this town was barely able to help cause most of his drivers are in Iraq and his company is suffering because of it. Some drivers were also worried about driving down, and not being able to get back cause there is no gas available down there… Quite the dilema for all the truckers.

If anyone else is able to help, money is not the only way – give time or old clothes to any volunteer centre. I feel great having done it with my parents, I wish I was able to do more.
